Our Efficiency Audit usually takes about a week or so with several days spent on site. Initially we'll need to spend some time with your top team understanding their perspectives and goals.  Then we'll want to speak to your staff to understand how things work and don't work day to day. 

 

We'll discuss with you how best to engage and can undertake these sessions through 1:1 meetings or we'll be happy to lead a workshop or two which can take place at your premises or if you prefer we can arrange an offsite away day opportunity.

Once we have captured everything we'll evaluate your process efficiency and send you our report which will outline recommendations for improvements
